Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy
At Giftsy Designs, each item is made to order. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because our products are made specifically for each customer, custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of:

Defective items

Incorrect items received

Damage during shipping
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

We do not offer refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the customer pays the reshipping fee.

If the item is returned and the customer chooses not to reship, a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.

If the item is lost or destroyed in transit and not returned to us, we may offer a 50% store credit toward a replacement item.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you did not receive it, we require:

A claim ID from your local post office or carrier
Once verified, we will assist with a replacement where applicable.
Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)
Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

The item is unworn, unused, and in original packaging

The return is approved by our customer service team

The item is sent using our provided return label
A 30% restocking fee applies to approved returns. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is received.
Do not send returns to the original shipping address.
Order Cancellations
Because our items are made to order:

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase

Apparel, mugs, ornaments, and custom items cannot be canceled or modified once production begins
Clearance Items
Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
