Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary by product and are calculated at checkout.


Processing Time (Made to Order)

Most items are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing (this includes production time).


Estimated Delivery Time

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days (U.S.), depending on carrier and location.

Once your order ships, we will email tracking to the address used at checkout.

Holiday Notice: Carrier delays can happen during peak seasons. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.


Christmas Delivery Cutoff (Important)

To receive your order by Christmas, please place your order on or before December 17, 2025.


Tracking & Delivery Issues

If tracking shows your package is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us and we’ll help.

Wrong Address / Returned to Sender

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the customer pays the reshipping fee. Refunds (if applicable) are handled according to our Refund Policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item at no additional cost when the claim is approved.
